Most orders ship 1-2 business days after purchase, including custom rubber stamps.
We do ship internationally. Please email me for your rate outside the US, Canada, UK, and Australia; which are included in check-out.
Melrose Stamp Company offers the following Returns Policy:
All our rubber stamps and rolls of labels may be returned for exchange or refund (unused items) for 30 days after purchase. Customer is responsible for return postage fees back to Melrose Stamp Co. Simply email orders@melrosestampco.com to begin the process. If an item was received broken, attached pictures in email, of the damage, can also be accepted. Please mail returns to: Melrose Stamp Co, PO BOX 147, Melrose NY 12121. Once returned items are received, we will follow-up to move forward on remedy resolution within 2 business days which includes refunds via the method you originally paid. There is no re-stocking fee and full purchase prices of products are honored, less S&H.
